What are babyKEN Member Points?
The Membership program is our way of thanking you for your loyalty. The more qualifying purchases you make on babyKEN Online Shopping, the more Member Points you receive. Once you get points, you can redeem them by using them to pay for new orders on our store. Using points will be available soon.

How do I sign up for babyKEN Member Points?
Once you have created an account on the babyKEN Online Shopping website, you will be able to start earning Member Points when you make qualifying purchases. Using Member Points towards future purchases will be available soon.
How do I earn babyKEN Member Points?

babyKEN Member Points are earned by placing orders on babyKEN Online Shopping.
You will earn 1 point for every SGD 1.00 that you spend on any purchase. Points can be spent on future purchases at a rate 20 points = SGD1.00.
No enrollment is necessary, but certain restrictions apply; you must have a babyKEN Online Shopping account (guest checkout orders do not qualify).
How do I use babyKEN Member Points?
You can use member Points just like cash on our site to buy the things you want! Simply, log in and shop babyKEN Online Shopping like you normally would. When you are ready to checkout, you can apply your points to your purchase.
If there is a remaining balance for your purchase, you can use either a Credit card or PayPal transfer to complete the transaction.
babyKEN Member Points are only redeemable on our site and, as much as we would like them to be, babyKEN Member Points are not redeemable for cash.
Also, they can't be transferred to different accounts so make sure you are logged in to your correct account when you make purchases.
Do babyKEN Member Points expire?
All points will expire if no qualifying actions have been made in your account for a year.
Member points expire 12 months from shipment unless you make a purchase within that time period. If you make a purchase within that time period, all unused member points are renewed for another 12 months from the new order shipment date. They will expire again unless you make another purchase within that period.
